Customize how your team can login to Mintlify

Mintlify supports Single Sign-On (SSO) via SAML and OIDC. We offer specific setup guides for Okta and Google Workspace users.

Okta

SAML

1. Create application

   Create a new app integration using SAML 2.0 under Applications.

2. Configure

   Configure with:

   • Single sign-on URL (from Mintlify)
   • Audience URI (from Mintlify)
   • Name ID Format: EmailAddress
   • Required attributes: firstName and lastName
3. Complete setup

   Share your metadata URL with us to complete the integration.

Google Workspace

SAML

1. Create application

   Add a custom SAML app under Web and mobile apps.

2. Share IdP details

   Provide us with your SSO URL, Entity ID, and x509 certificate.

3. Configure

   Enter the following:

   • ACS URL and Entity ID (from Mintlify)
   • Name ID format: EMAIL
   • Name ID: Basic Information > Primary email
   • Attributes: Map First name to firstName and Last name to lastName

   After user assignment is complete, we’ll enable SSO for your account.
